Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

 

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination processes / delays.

 

Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states and countries.

 

We are unable to control or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

 

All order require a signature upon receipt.

Making a return or exchange is hassle-free
 

Please make sure to fill out our Returns / Exchange Merchandise form, that's included in your parcel, within 7 days of receiving your order. This form must be filled out completely and included in your return / exchange package with original packing slip.

It is very important to fill out completed information with detail indication of return or exchange and reasons for us to take the actions you want us to.Once returned parcel is received, we'll inspect and process the goods within 24 hours and keep you informed with confirmation and actions we have taken.

 

We prefer that returns are sent via UPS.


All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Any returns postmarked after 10 days of your receipt of the order, will be refused and returned to sender.

All exchange are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.

 

In all the cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags, and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. Gold Philosophy does not accept damaged merchandise. No Refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition.


The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

 
Refund
 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refund will be credited back to original payment method. Shipping costs will be included ONLY for faulty items.
